GENDER EQUALITY: also known as sexual equality or equality of the sexes, is the state of equal ease of access to resources and opportunities regardless of gender, including economic participation and decision making: and the state of valuing different behaviors, aspirations and needs equally, regardless of gender.

GENDER INCLUSION : Is a concept that tracends mere equality. It is the notion that all services, opportunities and establishments are open to all people and that male and female stereotypes do not define societal roles and expectations. Studies have consistently shown that boosting diversity and gender equity in the workplace benefits organizations and their bottom lines, and our resercahes have confirmed that having more women in the workplace increases well-being for all employees. Most companies and institutions have taken a shift towards diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives to foster more inclusive environment for women.
